One booking link.Every calendar checked.Nothing revealed.

You've got a work Outlook, a personal Google, maybe a side gig calendar. sidecal checks every one of them before showing a slot, then blocks the rest with anonymous holds the moment someone books. Clients never double-book you. Your employer never learns why you're busy.

No credit card needed for the trial. No “let me check my other calendar” ever again.

Made for people with more than one calendar. Sound familiar?

Every calendar, every time

Your dentist appointment blocks your booking page

Got a dentist on your personal Google? A kid's school play? A client meeting on a work Outlook? sidecal checks all of your calendars before showing a slot as available. If any of them have something, the slot disappears.

No double-bookings. No “sorry, I actually can't do that time” follow-up emails. Clients just see the times that genuinely work.

Your side gig stays yours

Bookings block your time, not your privacy

When a coaching client books through your link, the full details go on your side gig calendar. Your work calendar gets a hold event with no client name, no meeting details, and no attendees. Just the time, blocked.

You choose what the hold title says. Your employer just sees that you're unavailable, nothing more.

Accounts, not just calendars

All your accounts behind one link

Other scheduling tools connect to a calendar. sidecal connects to all of them. Work Outlook, personal Gmail, client-issued Google Workspace, a side gig account: connect as many as you need, across both providers.

Every account, and every calendar inside it, checked and protected behind one booking link.

3:00 unavailable

nobody sees why

The whole team, still private

One busy teammate, and the slot quietly disappears

Book a time that needs you and two colleagues, and sidecal checks all three calendars, every account, before it offers a slot. If any one of you is busy, the slot never shows.

Kira's blocked by a hospital appointment. The booker just sees that 3:00 is taken, and so does everyone else on the team.

1

Connect your calendars

Sign in with Google or Microsoft. Add as many accounts as you need: work, personal, side projects, client-issued.

2

Create a booking link

Pick which calendars to check for conflicts, set your available hours, choose a duration. Share the link wherever you want: email, socials, your website.

3

Stop thinking about it

Clients book when you're actually free. Holds appear on your other calendars automatically. No more copying events around. No more "let me check my other calendar."

Built for teams

A shared link is just the start

Round-robin, fair billing, and links that hold together when people come and go.

Round-robin

Send each booking to whoever's free

Hand incoming bookings round the team, one at a time. Whoever takes it gets the booking on their calendar; everyone else's day stays clear, kept private by the same anonymous holds.

Joining costs nothing

Bring your plan, keep your setup

Already paying for Pro? We bank the time you've paid for and hand it back if you leave. Keep your personal booking links. Your private calendars stay private until you choose to share them.

People come and go

When someone leaves, the link keeps working

Drop a teammate and their team links don't break. sidecal takes them out of the availability checks and hands anything they were hosting to someone else. The link owner gets a note to look it over.

Questions you're probably thinking

I built sidecal because my own calendars kept colliding. A day job on Outlook, a side project on Google, a family calendar that decides when school pickup happens, and one too many “sorry, I actually can't do that time” emails.

The holds were the bit I really wanted: my work calendar just says I'm busy at three, and nobody I work with ever finds out that busy means the school run.

It's in beta, so come break things with us. If something does break, I'm the one reading the support inbox.
